Founders Story

My name is Georgieann Harrington, and ClearPathways was born from a journey that's been anything but linear — catapulted by bold moves, hard-earned clarity, and navigating spaces not always built for someone like me.

Over the past 20+ years, I've built a global career across industries, countries, and functions. I've led high-performing Consumer Insights teams in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), developed and mentored Account Managers and Analysts in Tech, and managed multi-million-dollar client relationships across Advertising, HR Tech, and Brand Strategy.

I've worked for some of the most recognized companies in the world - Google, LinkedIn, Kantar, in various leadership roles, often as the only Black woman in the room.

I know what it's like to wonder if you belong.
To work twice as hard and still question your value.
To hit milestones and still feel stuck.
To rise - and to fall - and to rise again.

I've also been blessed to have a few champions. But much of that journey, I navigated solo. I learned how to move forward through self-belief, mentorship, and strategic, sometimes messy, career pivots.

That's why I created ClearPathways.
Not just to coach. But to hold space. To ask bold questions. To be the guide I wish I had earlier, especially for professionals from underrepresented backgrounds trying to build careers that are not just successful, but soul-aligned.
